Die Welt der miracee

In March I started trying HelloFresh. My preference is dishes with fish and vegetables. The dishes are delicious, but I was bitterly disappointed. Here is my experience: I've received a box every week for 5 weeks now and not once were all the ingredients included. 1st week (3 dishes ordered):   The delivery came a full day later than announced and was simply left on the doorstep (the doorbell wasn't rung). The extra cooler bag only contained ice packs - there was a complete lack of fish and meat and anything else that should have been delivered chilled. Only after a massive complaint did the compensation correspond to the extra costs I pay for it in the supermarket. In fact, I ended up paying more at the supermarket/fish store than the amount of compensation. 2nd week (3 dishes ordered):   Only 2 dishes were delivered. Im März begann ich HelloFresh auszuprobieren. Meine Vorliebe sind Gerichte mit Fisch und Gemüse. Die Gerichte sind lecker, doch ich wurde maßgeblich bitter enttäuscht. Hier meine Erfahrung: Ich habe jetzt 5 Wochen lang jede Woche eine Box bekommen und es waren nicht ein einziges mal alle Zutaten dabei. 1. Woche (3 Gerichte bestellt): Die Lieferung kamen einen kompletten Tag später als angekündigt und stand einfach vor der Haustür (es wurde nicht geklingelt). In der extra Kühltasche waren ausschließlich nur Eisbeutel - es fehlte komplett Fisch und Fleisch und was sonst gekühlt hätte geliefert werden sollen. Die Entschädigung entsprach erst nach massiver Beschwerde den Extrakosten, die ich dafür im Supermarkt bezahle. Tatsächlich habe ich dann aber im Supermarkt / Fischhandel doch noch mehr bezahlt, als die Höhe der Entschädigung. 2. Woche (3 Gerichte bestellt):  Es wurden nur zwei Gerichte geliefert.
